How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or email us and we will process your request.
How does check-in work?
When you check in to a venue, your presence is shared with other users there. Check-ins expire automatically when you leave.
Who can message me?
Direct messages can only be sent between users at the same venue or accepted contacts.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Cancel from your device's subscription settings.
How do I report a user?
Tap the user's profile and select Report. For urgent concerns, email us directly.
